At Primitive Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Pack your items securely in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skate decks are still in their protective shrink wrap.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
